A forum? That’s a surprise, but a welcome one.
Still not sure whether I should use my GitHub username (which is connected to my real name) or my “usual” nick. I’ve chosen the latter for now, since most folks here probably know me from the streams, IRC or Discord, and I don’t want to confuse anyone by changing nicks

Hi everyone! I’ve been floating in and out of the SystemCrafters community from almost the beginning. I just don’t have the bandwidth to hangout in IRC but whenever I’ve been around I’ve learned a bunch of cool stuff there.
I’m hoping some of those cool tips and tricks make it over to the forum so it can be accessed by everyone (and searchable later). Maybe there can be some cool kudos/badges for documenting IRC gems in posts!

Awesome : the reason I am using emacs for python dabbling / agenda-tasks/ Zettelkasten is @daviwil and system Crafters. I now have LATEX math scripts all setup and a beauty to run. Why! @daviwil kinda inspired me to go play with init.el with his YouTube emacs series.
