I’m having problems finding the latest ISO of Guix. The instructions on installing Guix gives me the GitHub site but there is no ISO artifact. The latest ISO I found was created in 2024. I don’t know where to find an ISO later than December 24th. The release page shows me “This installer image was prepared with the following channel configuration:” but there is no ISO artifact.
Hi leef! There is an open issue about the ISOs not being included in the CI jobs.
Yesterday I installed guix system with the latest ISO available from 2024 and it worked ok. The only difference with the instructions was that I had to guix install nss-certs before issuing the guix time-machine command.
I agree that the instructions are confusing, and moreover they’re not easy to find. There is also another open issue about this.
