Since the past ~3 months, @Glenneth, @easilok and me have been working on the asteroid music radio station called Asteroid Radio. Asteroid is defined in Common Lisp, and panders shamelessly to the proclivities of the kind of builders and makers that gravitate toward the #systemcrafters community. Broadcasting curated and dynamic streams of music chosen to reinforce Flow, for the hacker doing deep work. Come and give it a try!

Congratulations asteroid crafters! Asteroid Radio has also joined Craftering thanks to @Glennethās PR. Since Asteroid is a community effort, Iāve artificially put it on top of our random list order until the next time the site is regenerated.
Also, Iāve been playing Asteroid Radio and my hacking skills have multiplied as a direct result (I hacked the random listing didnāt I!?)

Can you provide the steps that caused that situation? Iām not able to reproduce and it sure seems like a bug.
It shouldnāt be a privilege escalation, as that page is filled with that data by default and refilled with the current user information. Somehow it seems you managed to avoid a redirection with no login.

Yea, it looks like I didnāt got any admin rights and itās just a display. Maybe is caused by a plugin that blocked something and admin is just the default before it updates on the client side?
Those are already good tips to try to look for the bug. Thank you for reporting it.

Hey @dgr Is the site loading at all? Can you provide any error messages you are getting, anything in the dev console?
Looks like the problem was Proton VPN or your CDN.
It worked before but today the site only resolved after I disable the VPN for the domain.
Thatās ā¦ odd. We arenāt using a CDN. We are using a webfont coming from a google cdn, but thereās nothing that should cause you to not reach the site at all. Can you show a traceroute?
Not sure if itās useful as Iām using the Proton VPN browser plugin and an exception solved the problem.
I could try to use the Proton VPN client outside of the browser for a traceroute.
I am not sure if itās relavant: the site opens by my epiphany and also is accessible from Emacs - eradio.

Hey thanks for offering this radio to the community! It is very nice. Just a suggestion: would you be interested in having a tor hidden service mirror for the asteroid radio? I would much more prefer entering flow state vibes over an onion URL connection haha.
Hey shinkasen, Iām glad youāre enjoing asteroid.radio. WRT exposing asteroid as a Tor hidden service, my feeling is that it would be cool, but there are extremely tight timing windows to audio streams that would probably be destroyed by the onion router. I doubt that it could sustain a stable good sounding stream when passed through that network, so the feature probably doesnāt make sense.
Last night I used mpv-android app routed through Orbot (tor proxy) and the asteroid radio played without buffering pauses. I was using the āLow bandwidthā URL.
Having said that, I respect your decision on this, no stress.
Thatās an interesting data point. Iāll make note of it for the next time we are in āfeatureā mode.
