I tried 0.3.2 on macos
It is really fast, but my pdf looks pixelated

This looks beautiful!
I may need to take a rest at the time of speaking XD, but will definitely try it as soon as I make the attempt to setting up emacs for document management and viewing, and will reach back here and let you know the result.
Forgot to mention here, the issue with fractional scaling has been resolved!
